• This Volkswagen is believed to be another visitor to residents within the permit zone.

• It frequently arrives in Hollingdean, parked in the Westernmost corner of our ward in the Hollingbury Crescent or Stanmer Park Road area, and then does not move for several days (and even weeks) thereafter.

• We have found that many residents within the adjoining controlled parking zones will send their visitors into Hollingdean to find parking rather than arrange visitor permits.

• This is another classic example of displacement parking.
