  • It does not belong to a Hollingdean resident, it is believed to belong to someone from the neighbouring controlled parking zones who are making use of the 'free' parking here.

  • Suggestions are that the owner has opted to use Hollingdean to park and store their vehicle rather than purchase a permit for their own area.

  • This is one of hundreds of vehicles currently using Hollingdean in this fashion, adding significant additional pressure to the parking situation for local residents, who often cannot find space to park their own vehicles.
