This vehicle follows a very predictable pattern, arriving in the morning, left on our streets for the entire day, and then disappearing again by mid-evening.

• This car does not belong to a Hollingdean resident, nor is it used to visit anyone in the area. Instead, it is parked here purely for convenience, allowing its owner to avoid paying for any of the ample paid parking available both in the Fiveways area and across the wider city.

• Adding to the frustration for residents, the vehicle is frequently left very poorly parked, angled into tight spots whilst the rear is left sticking out into traffic, further reducing the usability of already limited parking.

• Once again, Hollingdean is being treated as a free car park by visitors with no connection to the area. While they carry on with their day elsewhere, residents are left dealing with the congestion and inconvenience.
