LN12 PBZ
Blue Peugeot 107
- Residents report that this vehicle is often kept in the West corner of Hollingdean, most commonly on Stanmer Street, Hollingbury Crescent or Stanmer Park Road, although it moves very rarely.
- It is often found tucked entirely up on the pavement of Stanmer Street, as shown in the photographs and left in this manner for several days or weeks at a time.
- Comments in the survey suggest that this car may be related to LT07 HVO, which also uses this stretch of street to park in a similar fashion - blocking pedestrian access.
- Parking in this manner fully blocks pedestrian access down the road and causes a pinch-point in a very narrow piece of road for vehicular access.
- Most recent reports describe it being parked on Stanmer Park Road, blocking a disabled bay without displaying a blue badge, and being unmoved for over a week. Photographs of this are provided.
- This Peugeot displays an expired permit for the neighbouring controlled parking Zone J.
- As with many others, the owner of this vehicle appears to have decided to use Hollingdean long-term for their vehicle storage rather than renew their own permit. A classic case of displacement.
