  • Residents report that this vehicle is consistently parked in Hollingdean despite neither of the registered drivers living in the area.

  • Every weekend, the driver and vehicle arrive late on a Sunday morning (residents report between 2 am and 4 am).

  • The driver then tends to sit for some time with the engine running (disturbing nearby residents with their engine running in the middle of the night).

  • The driver is then picked up in another vehicle and driven away.

  • The vehicle subsequently sits for several days; often a week, although some reports suggest it has been known to be left unmoved for several weeks at a time on some occasions.

  • This is one of several taxis that use Hollingdean similarly, by non-resident drivers.
