• Often left parked late at night up on the curb, on the double yellow lines at the top of Hollingbury Crescent.

• This blocks pedestrians from crossing the junction and causes a hazard for drivers who cannot see through the junction.

• Residents report that the council appears to have placed tickets on the vehicle several times, although it does not appear to have deterred the driver from parking similarly further times.
