GY23 BXF
Grey Mini Countryman
A relatively recent addition to the streets of Hollingdean (although believed to be the new car of a previous vehicle documented here), GY23 BXF is another commuter using Hollingdean as part of their daily commute.
The vehicle arrives most weekday mornings around 9am, parking as close as the owner is able to Fiveways - where the driver is seen to walk to.
It is notable that this particular vehicle only appears to use Hollingdean during school term time, although that could indicate a parent using it as an area to dump their car as part of the school run, rather than the owner being a member of staff at one of the local schools.
This is quite literally one of hundreds of vehicles that use Hollingdean like this on a daily basis because of the 'free' parking.
This use by non-residents causes massive additional congestion, traffic, noise, and pollution for the residents who live here; particularly those living up against the corner of Fiveways (Hollingbury Crescent, Adams Close and the bottom of Stanmer Park Road in particular) where most of these drivers appear to favour.
