  • Residents report frequent issues with this green Volkswagen, which belongs to a non-resident from the adjoining Fiveways permit zone.

  • This vehicle often does not move for several weeks (and even months) at a time, often left parked extremely poorly, including over the edge of marked driveways and double yellow lines (as seen in the photographs).

  • At the time of publishing, this Polo has been parked and unmoved at the top of Hollingbury Crescent for more than two months. It has plants growing under it.

  • There is a growing trend for older vehicles with learner plates stored in Hollingdean for extended periods. The belief is that these are the second or third cars in a household where they are unable or unwilling to obtain a permit for their child's vehicle, so use Hollingdean to store it between lessons instead.
