Blue Volkswagen T-roc

One of the houses at the top of Hollingbury Crescent (right on the border between Hollingdean and Fiveways) is managed by One CIC, who are a housing association.
This Volkswagen is known to belong to one of One CIC's members of staff, and parks in the manner shown in the photographs more-or-less every day.
FP69 GGE is left, almost daily, on the double-yellow lines immediately outside the property, quite literally blocking the junction between Hollingbury Crescent and Hollingbury Road.
This is a very busy section of road for pedestrians, falling on one of the main routes for infants and juniors heading towards Downs, and older children towards the high schools up Ditchiling Road.
This car, being left like this every day, is putting those school children and other pedestrians at great risk by blocking the junction, limiting visibility for them, and for motorists attempting to pass through the junction.
The (female) driver has been spoken to politely about this several times. It has been reported that she is dismissive and even told one resident to "f*ck off". This is all whilst wearing her One CIC lanyard.
For the benefit of doubt, the vehicle does not display a disabled badge whilst parked in this manner.
Given that the driver is clearly happy to park illegally, it is unclear why they don't simply use the abundance of free and available (permit controlled) parking on the opposite side of the road.
One CIC has been contacted for comment but has not responded to this issue, which has already been on-going for several months.
