Blue Citroen C1

  • This Citroen displays an expired resident permit for the adjoining zone, Zone G.

  • It appears to be using Hollingdean for free parking full-time and has been for several years, often leaving for a few brief hours before returning and being left again in Hollingdean.

  • There are also significant periods where it simply does not move at all; for example, at the time of writing, it has not moved from its position on Hollingbury Crescent in three months. Resident photographs (included here) confirm this.

  • The owner keeps their vehicle as close to their residence as possible, adding additional pressure to an already very congested corner of Hollingdean around Hollingbury Crescent and Adams Close.
