• Residents report that drivers are not local residents; the company UpFix is not registered locally (the most local branch is based in Hove).

• It appears that UpFix uses Hollingdean as an area to store their vehicles when not in use; often they do not move for several days or even weeks at a time.

• It is suggested that when they do move, individuals drive to the area, swapping their personal vehicle for the company one (keeping 'their' parking space) and swapping back again at the end of the day.
