  • Non-resident, diesel, taxi which residents recognise as being regularly stored in Hollingdean, seemingly whenever not in use.

  • Residents also report that the driver of this vehicle is also the owner of RJ03 VTK - a green Ford, also permanently stored in Hollingdean.

  • Despite the owner of these vehicles living elsewhere, they chose to store both here in the limited available spaces, adding additional pressure and stress to local residents who cannot find space themselves.

  • When the driver does not have both vehicles here, they are often seen deliberately manoeuvering one or the other in order to keep 'their' spaces.

  • As of January 2024, it has been noted that this vehicle now has a valid resident permit displayed in the windscreen for an adjoining area (outside of Hollingdean). Nevertheless, the owner continues to park it for 'free' in Hollingdean for extended periods of time as they swap this vehicle with RJ03 VTK - the owner's other vehicle, which does not have a valid permit and is also still stored here in Hollingdean.
