  • Another Zone J, Southdown Road resident who has opted to use Hollingdean to store their car for free rather than purchase a permit for their own street.

  • Residents report that BM04 BRV arrived in Hollingdean, parking at the very bottom of Stanmer Park Road in August 2023.

  • It did not move for several weeks thereafter, during which time its MOT expired.

  • Residents had thought that it was abandoned and had been removed by the DVLA, but it has since reappeared on Southdown Road - inside residents parking Zone J, now with a new valid residents permit.
